Very Funky

Otago

This is a "Destination" Cafe" which has a very loyal following with patronage including the central city business community. This is the place to come to hold a business meeting or just to take a load off from a busy schedule. The atmosphere is amazing and the fit out and plant award winning. There are options to utilise the huge space below for further toilets and an in house kitchen. This could easily be a cocktail or tapas bar, maybe aimed at a select clientele of your choice. Right in the heart of the CBD and currently with a very good turnover for only part time hours, the possibilties are very exciting.

$40,000 plus SAV and GST (if any)
